How to measure
1. Body Loop
Place the beginning of the tape measure on the middle of the shoulder. Run the tape measure over the fullest part of your bust down between your legs and up your back to the start point on your shoulder.
2. Chest
Measure over the fullest part of your bust. 3. Waist
Measure around your navel (bend to the side to find the dent, this is where your waist is).
4. Hip
Measure around widest point of the hips and bum.

The Valor 2.0 range includes a compressive inner leg seam designed for better muscle support, and has a long lasting waterrepellent finish. Dual layering around the abs offers greater core stability, so you get the best out of your swim. The closed back offers greater coverage which can improve performance and may be preferred by swimmers with straight backs. This product has been fully approved by World Aquatics.
